“We are primarily and above all else service providers. We exist to serve our Elders and their families on a daily basis and everything we do is about serving them and playing our part in their choice to have a positive, empowered experience of life in our aged care communities”.
Seasons Aged Care believes that life begins at 80.
Our residents enjoy their lifestyle and the personalised care services they receive at Seasons and value the peace of mind they have knowing their life with us is affordable, and any future costs for care can be fixed.
Seasons has a unique blend of community, retirement, high level care and end of life services under one roof. We are happy to explore with you how life at Seasons could work for you and your partner.
We continually enhance our aged care services by exploring alternative service strategies, technologies and expanding our capability through genuine innovation.
At Seasons there are many advantages for the elderly for example; maintaining choice and independence, are aspirations strongly supported and promoted in the Seasons Group Core Values. Additionally, we believe our elders are entitled to feel safe and secure in their own private residence, free from the debilitating physical and emotional health effects directly associated with social isolation or illness.
Beyond living in your own private residence and the added protection of a secure and supportive social environment, Seasons aged care communities share many of the very positive elements and advantages both of retirement village living and residential nursing and home care.
Extensive community engagement and market research form the foundation of the Seasons aged care service approach. Having highlighted both the advantages and disadvantages associated with other available care and living options, this research continues to guide development of innovative care and service models to overcome short comings in the system and enhance the positives.
Seasons aged care communities not only provide private care, we can also deliver comprehensive individualised personal care services, specialist nursing expertise and social engagement.
We also provide accommodation in the form of your own private residence, beautifully appointed and purpose built to allow ease of access and allowing for declining mobility.
These fully self-contained apartments come fitted out with emergency call systems and in-built capability to add additional health monitoring and security technology services as and when required. It is within the privacy of this purpose built accommodation environment that your care services are provided, whether at a minimal support level, low care, high care or palliative care and always with dignity, respect and caring.
Founded in 2009, Seasons Private Aged Care is a values driven organisation committed to those we service; our residents, their families and our employees.
At Seasons, values are much more than words on a screen or piece of paper. The values we publish are the values we portray, the values we all believe in, the values we live and the values against which we feel we should be held to account. How do we know, easy, in 2012 the entire company, every employee, was given the opportunity to actively participate in a comprehensive process spanning some six weeks and aimed at defining our Core Values. The results were overwhelming and undeniable.
Integrity, Caring, Family and Team and the underlying principles of each one, are the Core Values which underline all that we collectively believe to be important.
It gives us a great sense of pride every time a Seasons employee is acknowledged by a resident or family member as demonstrating these values in everyday activities.
