When you choose to call Seasons home, you move into a community that is welcoming and relaxed. Our communities are places of friendship and fun where you can carve out the lifestyle of your choice with a range of services at your fingertips.
All Seasons communities are set in beautiful gardens with level walking tracks, outdoor barbecues and entertainment areas.
Your family is more than welcome to stay with you. They can even stay for lunch. Or you can hire out the community rooms and barbecue areas for your family celebrations and functions.
At Seasons Seniors’ Living, pets are more than welcome and a valuable and much-loved presence in our communities. While you’re responsible for looking after your pet, when that becomes more difficult you can get support to care for your pet if you require it. This includes dog washing and grooming.
If you have your house on the market, in certain situations we can allow you to move into Seasons with a minimum $50,000 deposit. This allows you to move in and start getting the care you need while your house is being sold.
Seasons also offer short-term stays at selected Seasons community locations to allow you to try before you buy. This allows you to get a feel for the community, take part in the activities and meet your neighbours.

When it comes to care services, Seasons offers a different approach to traditional residential aged care facilities and nursing homes.
Our approach puts you at the centre of your own care, with high-level personalised care delivered if and when you need it in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Your apartment comes complete with a 24-hour emergency response system, which includes rapid response emergency buttons in all bedrooms and bathrooms. These link directly to on-site care staff 24 hours a day.
We can also enhance the emergency call system on an individual basis by activating the inbuilt capability in your apartment. This allows for the addition of remote monitoring and security alarm features that can be particularly useful for people living with dementia or other cognitive impairment.
While apartments in each community have a set price as an ingoing contribution, you can choose to put more down to suit your own financial circumstances.
As your Seasons apartment will be your primary residence, the amount you put down up front can make a difference to your aged pension entitlements and can also be used to fund a higher level of care down the track if you choose.

We have limited apartments available at each of our communities, so we can work in with you and your required schedule, rather than the other way around. This is particularly handy if you are in hospital and need to find somewhere quickly. It also allows you to plan your move before you have a health crisis and make the right choice for you.

Care within Seasons communities is delivered by our care partner Envigor. At the heart of this care is your personalised care plan, developed for you and with you by your Care Services Manager. This care plan ensures that your privacy and independence are respected while you enjoy the care if and when you need it.
This means once you move into a Seasons community, you can progress from low care to high care, to end of life care.
Unlike residential aged care facilities, we don’t require you to complete an assets and income assessment through Department of Human Services. Our model only requires that you have enough money to fund the ingoing cost of your chosen apartment and then a weekly amount to cover your living expenses.
