Meet the team

Di Kemp, Community Manager

I have been with Seasons since 2010 in a variety of roles from Assistant in Nursing through to Community Manager. Following a life changing decision to move to Bribie Island, I was fortunate to receive a transfer to join our Bribie Community as Community Manager in 2017.

My job has many facets. As Community Manager, I am responsible for the day to day operation of the community and all the administrative tasks that this entails. Equally, if not more importantly, I take a hands-on role to ensure we provide a warm, friendly, caring, safe and homely environment for our residents.

I have always endeavoured to foster a close-knit community for staff and residents alike to create a ‘home away from home’ that offers the best outcomes for our Seasons families.

I feel incredibly privileged to share the lives of our many residents and couldn’t see myself doing anything else.

Michelle Woods, Care Services Manager

I have spent 24 years in both the community and aged care sector. I love working with people and assisting them to remain independent in their own homes. To me, success is helping people achieving their goals and knowing I have made a difference. I enjoy working with each of our residents and their families in setting goals for their care and making sure they receive personalised and high-quality care that suits their needs. I look forward to working with you.

Deb Blundell, Community Consultant

I have happily lived on the Sunshine Coast for the past 30 plus years and have worked in a variety of customer service roles in banking, professional services, local government and real estate. I am a people person and enjoy bringing my customer service experience to Seasons Caloundra to help our elders make a stress-free transition into aged care. I have first-hand experience with this transition, supporting both my mum and my in-laws through the process. In fact, I believe in Seasons so much I have chosen it for my own mum! The best thing about my job is helping people through their aged care journey and making sure they are respected as individuals and find a place to live where they are happy and are receiving the very best in care.
