Your Sunshine Coast sea change awaits at Seasons Caloundra

Caloundra is at the southern end of the Sunshine Coast, combining peaceful beachside living with all the major amenities and services of a regional centre.

Caloundra’s CBD is centred on Bulcock Street, which closes each Sunday from 8am to 1pm for the eclectic Caloundra Street Fair.

Caloundra’s beaches stretch from Moffat in the north, past Dicky, Kings and Bulcock beaches down to Golden Beach in the south. The Caloundra Coastal Walk stretches 25km from Golden Beach around Caloundra Headland heading north along the long, sandy beaches of Kawana to Mooloolaba. Each section of the walk has lovely wide concrete or boardwalk paths, making it perfect to explore in smaller stretches.

Bulcock to Kings Beach is a popular stretch, where you can meander along the winding path and timber boardwalk that hugs the coastal dunes and the shore.

Bulcock Beach’s distinctive white umbrellas that shelter picnic tables on the water’s edge is a scenic spot for fish and chips or dangling a line, while the nearby Happy Valley is a shaded place for the grandkids to have a play on the pirate-themed equipment.

Kings Beach is the perfect place to cool off, whether it’s a dip at the popular beach, the free public pool overlooking it, or the free kids’ water park.

Golden Beach, just a stone’s throw from the Seasons Caloundra community, overlooks the calm waters of the Pumicestone Passage and is the ideal place for water sports or for just enjoying the view out towards Bribie Island.

Golden Beach is also serviced by a wide range of amenities, including medical centre, pathologist and chemists, as well as all the major supermarkets and speciality stores including Woolworths, Aldi, Kmart and Coles. The Caloundra RSL and Golden Beach Tavern are also close by and are popular places to enjoy an affordable meal.
