Meet the team

Luke Ashford, Community Manager

I have worked in hospitality and accommodation management throughout Australia and as many of our residents have also travelled Australia extensively it’s great to exchange experiences of places we have travelled. I enjoy interacting with the residents and hearing their life experiences and stories while creating an environment where they can keep living their life independently with extra support available when they need it.

Bernadette Hatton, Care Services Manager

I have worked with Seasons and Envigor for the past seven years, firstly as a case manager and for the past four years as a Care Services Manager.

This role involves not just ensuring our clients are well looked after, but families are also involved to help ensure that the care we provide suits the resident’s personal preferences and care needs.

I absolutely believe in and am very passionate about the service we deliver to our residents. We have residents who are independent and don’t need assistance up to those with high care needs, including dementia, through to palliation. The journey that we take with each resident from when they join us through to end of life is very personal to an individual and this makes my job meaningful and rewarding.

The best part of my role is being able to sit and chat with the clients, getting to know them on a personal level and creating care plans that I know are just for them.

Cheryl Evans, Community Consultant

After working in a variety of industries, including real estate, banking and estate planning, I moved into working with seniors, first as an advocate for a retirement living service, followed by a consultant role in a retirement village.

I have helped many people make the transition into retirement living and aged care and believe I deliver understanding, practicality and enthusiasm to help people work out their options and find the solution that’s right for them.

I enjoy helping others and taking the fear out of moving into aged care by having open and honest conversations and listening to what people want and need.

When I’m not working at Seasons I enjoy contributing to the community as a Registered Marriage Celebrant and a Justice of the Peace.
