Short Term Care booking process

1. Call 1300 732 766 to check available dates and your chosen community. Our friendly contact centre consultants can answer any questions you have and send you our Application for Short Term Care form.

2. Email back the completed Application for Short Term Care Form. Confirmation of receipt of your application will be provided.

3. One of our Envigor care staff will then be in touch to organise a care assessment and develop a care plan for your stay. The care assessment will determine your care level (low or high).

4. An invoice will be sent to you for payment.

5. Once we’ve received payment, confirmation of your booking and payment receipt will be provided.
