Meet the team

Marlene Williamson, Community Manager

I am proud to be the community manager of such a beautiful and friendly community here at Seasons Aged Care Sinnamon Park.

For the past 12 years, I have worked in a large retirement community, first on reception and then moving into a management role. What I enjoyed most about this job was the daily interaction I had with residents.

This is also one of the things I enjoy most about my role here at Seasons. It’s been exciting to have the opportunity to get a new community off the ground and introduce a positive culture for residents and staff. Making a difference is what drives me every day and helps me to notice the small things that can make a big impact on the quality of life of our residents.

In my spare time, I enjoy quilting and sewing and spending time with my granddaughter.

Amy Prasad, Care Services Manager

I have worked within the community aged care sector since graduating as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse. I have gained a wealth of knowledge regarding home care packages and strongly advocate a holistic and clinical approach to personalised care.

For the last 18 months, I have been the Care Coordinator at Seasons Waterford West and I have enjoyed assisting residents to live within their own residence and receive personalised care specific to their individual requirements. In particular, I have gained satisfaction by fulfilling the wishes of residents and their families during palliation, making sure they are not alone during this vulnerable chapter of their care.

I thoroughly enjoy working within an aged care organisation who strongly believe and promote their core values of family, integrity, caring and team helping our residents live with dignity, respect and compassion.

Desley Arnold, Community Consultant

With over 30 years’ experience in real estate, especially in assisting seniors downsizing from their family home to a new apartment, the part of my job I love the most is having the privilege of working with our elders looking to find their ‘forever home’.

I understand how important it is for our seniors to be in control and to be active in their daily life, at whatever level that now is.

As a family committed person with senior parents who have already travelled this journey, I understand the stress involved not only for our clients, but for their family, when having to make such a big decision, sometimes in a hurry due to ill health. Not only does it have to feel like a home, but you must have peace of mind that their care needs will be looked after.

I will always give my honest opinion and assist with educating my clients and providing solutions, so that they can make the best decision for their individual needs.

I am proud of our new community at Sinnamon Park and our Seasons team, and know that we will have many happy people living a peaceful, fulfilling life here.
