Barbara Booth, Community Manager

As community manager of Seasons Waterford West, I always tell people my position isn’t just a job, it’s a privilege. I am passionate about what Seasons offers our residents – they enjoy a great lifestyle knowing they have security in a safe environment, while they continue old friendships and develop new ones. Being able to be part of our residents’ stories and making their journey with us the best it can possibly be makes my job very rewarding.

Amy Prasad, Care Services Manager

I have worked within the community aged care sector since graduating as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse and advocate a holistic and clinical approach to personalised care. I enjoy assisting residents to live within their own residence and receive care specific to their individual requirements. I thoroughly enjoy working within an aged care organisation who help our residents live with dignity, respect and compassion.

Bernadette Bradford, Community Consultant

I enjoy supporting those entering the aged care space to understand their options and find a solution that best suits them. By understanding all the costs and options available, I can relay the information and terms in simple language and help people make an informed choice. Social connectedness and activity are very important for our elders and I see my role as not only finding you a new home, but also a community that’s right for you socially.
