Barbara Booth, Community Manager

When I was offered the opportunity to manage Seasons Waterford West when it opened I thought a new challenge would be great. And I was right! It has been an amazing journey watching the community grow into a great hub for our residents. I am passionate about what Seasons offers our residents and feel proud of everything we’ve achieved here. Our residents enjoy a great lifestyle knowing they have security in a safe environment, while they continue old friendships and develop new ones. It is great to hear our residents excitedly telling family and friends about all the activities they have in their new life.

I always tell people my position isn’t just a job, it’s a privilege. Being able to be a part of our residents’ stories and making their journey with us the best it can possibly be makes my job very rewarding.

Hemaima Seymour, Care Services Manager

I am passionate about caring for others and supporting people to live and enjoy life and I love my role as Care Services Manager here at Waterford West.

With more than 10 years’ experience working in community aged care as a Resource Coordinator in New Zealand, I relocated from Wellington to Brisbane and joined the Envigor team in 2013.

Seasons and Envigor work together to support our residents to make life choices that will have a positive impact on their lives. My belief in the Seasons model of care alongside Envigor motivates me to assist with the delivery of personalised care to enhance the quality of life of our residents

Bernadette Bradford, Community Consultant

After a diverse career encompassing hairdressing, teaching, sales and marketing, finance and project management, I am enjoying bringing my experience in customer service and developing creative solutions to help those entering the aged care space.

I have a wide-ranging knowledge of the aged care industry and have seen how confusing it can be for many people. By understanding all the costs and options, I can relay the information and terms in simple language and help people make an informed choice.

Social connectedness and activity is very important for our elders and I see my role as not only finding you a new home, but also a community that’s right for you socially. I work with a great Seasons team who work together to ensure we find the right place for you.
